MOQ depends on the product and the level of customization. Standard items usually start from 500 pieces per model; custom colors, logos or packaging may require a higher quantity.

For a first trial order we can often be flexible. Tell us your target quantity and we will quote accordingly.

In-stock items ship within 7 days after payment. Mass production normally takes 25–35 days after the deposit and sample approval, depending on order size and season.

Yes. Samples of standard products are ready in 3–7 days. The sample fee and express freight are paid by the buyer, and the sample fee is refunded once you place a bulk order.

Custom samples take longer because tooling or artwork has to be prepared first.

Our standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit and the 70% balance before shipment or against a copy of the B/L. For larger orders we also accept an irrevocable L/C at sight, and PayPal is available for samples.

We ship by sea (FCL and LCL), air freight, express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and rail to selected destinations, and quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP.

Yes. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and, where required, a certificate of origin such as Form E or EUR.1. For DDP shipments our forwarder also handles import clearance and duties at the destination.

Yes. We can print or engrave your logo, develop custom colors and specifications, and design private-label packaging. Our engineers can also develop new products from your drawings, samples or ideas.

Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share drawings or product details, and we never sell your custom designs or branded products to other customers.

Every order goes through incoming material inspection, in-process checks on the production line and a final inspection before packing. We send photos and videos for your approval before shipment.

Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, Intertek or an inspector of your choice is welcome.

Depending on the product line, our products comply with CE, RoHS, FCC and REACH requirements, and our factory is ISO 9001 certified. Test reports and certificates are available on request.

Our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of shipment. Extended terms can be agreed with distributors and long-term partners.

Send us photos or videos within 7 days of receiving the goods. Once the problem is confirmed, we will replace the items free of charge, include replacements in your next order, or issue a refund, whichever suits you best.
